This Privacy Policy applies to all free mobile applications ("Apps") developed and published by Jorge Vergara ("I", "me", or "my"). I am committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how my Apps work.

Summary

My Apps do not collect, store, or share any personal data. They are designed to work entirely offline and keep all information on your device only.

My Apps do NOT collect any personal information, including but not limited to:

  • Location data

Any data you enter or create within my Apps is stored locally on your device only. This data:

If you uninstall an App, all locally stored data associated with that App will be deleted from your device.

My Apps do NOT connect to the internet or any remote servers. They function entirely offline and do not fetch, send, or sync data with external services.

My Apps do NOT use any third-party services, including:

  • Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics)

Device Permissions

Some of my Apps may request device permissions (such as notifications or storage access) to provide their core functionality. These permissions are used solely for the App's intended features, and any data accessed through these permissions:

  • Remains on your device
  • Is never transmitted externally
  • Is never shared with me or any third party

You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

User Accounts

My Apps do NOT require any account creation, registration, or sign-up. There is no login functionality, and no personal credentials are ever collected or stored.

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

My Apps are safe for users of all ages. Since my Apps do not collect any personal information from anyone, they comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.

I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). In fact, I do not collect personal information from users of any age.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Since my Apps do not collect any data, there is no data to share. I do NOT sell, trade, rent, or otherwise disclose any information to third parties because no such information exists.

Data Security

Your data remains entirely on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security features, including any passcode, biometric authentication, or encryption you have enabled.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. I encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

Your Rights

Since my Apps do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. You have full control over any data stored locally on your device through the App itself or by uninstalling the App.
